I'm hardly an official Yahoo! source, but I can tell you that we use TWiki internally to manage documentation and project planning for our products. Our development team includes hundreds of people in various locations all over the world, so web collaboration is VERY important to us. Our legal team uses Twiki to quickly circulate access-controlled contract forms and policies. Through non-access controlled pages, we can push out answers to frequently asked questions and best practices in real time.
